The Challenge

Develop HIPAA-compliant digital tools for patients and healthcare providers that connect in-office services with at-home care.

The Solution

Intuitive solutions to complex challenges.

We collaborated with Doctors, Nurses, Care Providers, and Engineers to create a suite of digital healthcare tools called justmiine.

We took justmiine from 0 to 1 and then to scale.

Patient Tools

The justmiine app unlocks at-home healthcare through remote patient monitoring, telemedicine and health care services.

The HIPAA-compliant remote patient monitoring mobile app connects patients with doctors, nurses, offices, and hospitals.

When patients share real-time health information, their Care Team is able to connect, engage, and track changes over time.

Connected Ecosystem

justmiine keeps dispersed Care Teams are on the same page, allowing them to work work together and help manage events, changes, and new symptoms remotely.

Provider Tools

The provider dashboard unlocked remote care logistics to provide new avenues of patient support.

With unified data management across in-bound data streams and EMR integration, our tools saved time and money while increasing efficiency and improving quality of care.

Healthcare Innovation

From daily activity compliance to progress, appointments, video calls, chat messages, the justmiine tools save time, reduce complexity, and help all parties achieve better outcomes.

Results

justmiine and remote patient monitoring tools show a reduction in hospital readmission rates by up to 76%.

justmiine helped achieve better blood pressure control, increased patient satisfaction, lower mortality rates, and a decrease in hospital admissions by up to 25% for chronically ill patients

By showing such strong improvements to patient care, justmiine was acquired by the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (PUCRS), one of the most important research universities in Latin America.
